Oh I was only interested in making the logo/banner, because I have no idea what you want when you say theme. Sorry.
1) The link to your site is broken
2) Can you just make it easy on me and tell me how many pixels x pixels you want the logo/banner?
3) Color scheme? smooth? sharp?

I used the exact same dimensions as your banner, or at least what it says it is. this one
I can change it around if need be.

No problem dude. You might want to center it though. It looks awkward off to the left like that.
And btw, that picture in the background was taken by yours truly, so you don't need to worry about copywrite infringement or anything!
