How about Canadian host? The better host to use is 4goodhosting.com. I have used their dedicated hosting without any problem. Uptime and reliability has been excellent so far. Pricing is extremely affordable. When it comes to support, their agents are really skilled and helpful. They even helped me setup my blog for free. I am very happy with them.

Then look for something else because you should feel in good about your host since you will be spending quite sometime with them (hopefully).
