Sorry mate but I don't have any idea about your host. These guys offers SSD hosting service and I have one account with them. So far, I haven't seen any problem. The servers are ultra fast and very reliable. Support is 24 hours active and always helpful when needed. Pricing is reasonable. If I were you, I will contact them today.

I suggest to rely on Kvchosting.com plans. They are providing excellent support, someone is always available, even on the weekend when I was trying to sort out some of my own errors and they helped.
