http://windows7themes.net/ You can download some nice windows 7 themes from there but i think you will need to fill in a survey to download it.

i use that site all the time i got this theme at the moment though i forgot were i have the files though if anyone wants it.

Yea personally, I prefer Shell themes and I have a program that installs them perfectly and backs up your default .DLL files with no problems at all. I use it for all my themes and works like a charm. Nice thread none the less.
