Have you checked the logs? I might be that WHMCS is unable to contect your WHM... the login credentials have been changed...

You have to do that for the third option:

Updates

WE HAVE DOUBLED THE AMOUNT OF DISK AND MONTHLY TRAFFIC QUOTA!!
We were actually experimenting since we are new and just started our services a couple of weeks ago... Got a good number of sign ups but many want us to increase our Disk Space and Monthly Bandwidth... so here we are! Doubled the amount of everything! Big Grin

Really, it depends where you look to. I think my P2H site looks more better than your services offered & I get good support.
