I got jibberish with Hex, the rest I actually just realized would be impossible to figure out because hex is the only 2 value/char/number standard. Octal, Decimal, etc... Can be consisting of values 3 or 2 values/places in length, so you wouldn't know where those values begin or end since it's all put into an "encrypted string" with no separators or spaces to define each value in it's base form.
