There are actually people who are very skinny because of playing video games excessively also. I myself am skinny and just so happen to take video games a tad to serious.

A lot of Americans are in that condition, but there is still hope, I mean look at all the Europeans coming here!

Sure, that may be offensive, but the US is #1 in obesity, and that's how the world views them, and if you don't like that then do your part and don't become obese.

Sure they can be harmful. It all depends on the person playing them.
If get aggressive quite easily, then you better not play Ninja Gaiden for example.

I just think that it can be very unhealthy for some people. They spend excessive amounts of time trying to accomplish something on a video game. All while missing out on certain experiences in life like learning how to improve your social skills. Sometimes it really does effect peoples life's and I just think it is over looked to often.

Video games actually help and destroy kids, video games help increase reaction time, which is great for people who work at dangerous jobs where one mess up could ruin the whole productivity line. I think it is also leading our generation down a path of laziness and poor overall being, hopefully it does not though.

I have agreed with the part about it making our society lazy and dumbing it down for so long. I think technology in general has had certain bad effects on our society and its work ethic.
