can we maintain graphic quality as it is without increasing graphic card capacity?

Not very good.

The render is centered and low quality. The text is obnoxiously large and centered as well. It's also incredibly boring with nothing going on. Learn about the rules of thirds and follow it and check other people's signatures for an idea of what you need to do. Use fractals, c4ds, smudging, etc for effects to fill your canvas.

edit: It's also huge.

Don't get me wrong it's great to have your own style, pretty much necessary if you want a future in graphics. But before that you need to learn the basics, which comes from following other people's work and tutorials and than you can pick out what you like, and drop the things you don't to have a unique style. You're inexperienced which is why your signature looks the way it does, there wasn't much put into it.

If you like how the signature looks, that is 100% fine but when asked "what people think of it" you'll get replies like mine.
