In reality there's at least 13 dimensions actually, I was just joking about my comment on what the 4D was. When we refer to 2D and 3D we are really referencing dimensions, because it's all still a measurement of placement, direction, and magnitude anyway. There is a 4D, just not in the drawing world. Which is what I was trying to comment on.
In "reality" though, there is 4D...

There is also 4D for cinema films. This is where the film will be in 3D, and the cinema itself will have physical effects, such as moving chairs. It's not technically 4D, but this is the name given to those kind of films.
