If you want to losing your weight then you can do regular yoga because it is one of the best way to weight loss. Always drink a lots of water. Eat more fruits and green vegetables. Eat healthy food and avoid junk food.

You are going to gain weight if you work out because muscle weights more than fat. I suggest swimming because it works out every part of your body and it's very good cardio.

I don't work out on Sundays. What should i change? I really want to loose weight.

Or should i just start weight training now?

By the way, i do the jumping jacks with leg weights on. Maybe im just gaining muscle and that's why i cant gain weight.

Hello, well in my opinion your efforts are just enough..probably you are gaining muscles yes! Why don't you try to drink more water i mean really a lot of water, becouse water is helping the body to burn fats.. Keep on the good work, be persistant in what you are trying and the results will appear!

1000 rope jumps and that didn't work you at all?I will give you some tips to loose weight,

Try to undergo a diet.
Go and join a gym.

You should have a sexy body in a couple of months.

for losing the weight you should try the following tips
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil
