Oh, that is easy haha.

Just get Roxio or something that burns ISO images, get a DVD-R disk, stick it in your comp, burn the images, let it burn, leave disc in, shutdown Computer properly, Boot up.. press either F8 or F12 to go to boot menu, find Boot From CD, And boot it from the DVD-R
And then follow the steps.

My response to this is O_O.

Mind jumping on TeamViewer with me again? xD

That's impossible lol I can't do teamviewer to show you anything before the logon screen. You need to boot up the CD to boot the Linux live instead of your main windows OS, then install... If you're unsure on how to boot from a CD then you probably shouldn't be formatting your hard drive for Linux because you'll get yourself into trouble if you don't know what you're doing. The BIOS itself is pretty important to your system.

Run a virtual linux on VMware or VirtualBox

Same principle, different iso.

If Solidus posted it you can almost guarantee that it works, he uses Linux as his main boot. I'm more of a Windows guy, but I do know a bit about Linux Mint.

Well, its not like you were telling him wrong information. He just wasnt able to process it. Hopefully he figures it out.

All you gotta do is burn the Iso to a disc. I would Recommend ImgBurn, since its VERY simple. http://www.imgburn.com/
Put the Cd in.... Reboot....Should boot to CD, if not, enter boot options.

The Setup should be self explanatory from there.

That's what I was trying to explain lol, but I definitely agree with you on ImgBurn, it's also free! but it's a great ISO burning program.

If I failed to mention this before I'm sorry, but I don't have any disks big enough to burn the ISO to. I'll have to purchase some when I get some money.
