There you go BlackChaos
It sets the hover time for the Taskbar Thumbnail Aero preview window to pop up. The only option in here that requires a log off event or a reboot would be the taskbar width option.

Like I said it was pretty easy to do, I already got most of the more difficult stuff down in the code
Edit: That version I forgot one small thing, I kept the minimum and maximum at a range of 1-100 for the Hover display. That would be from 1 milisecond to 1/10 of a second... Not much point in changing a value there.
Here's the updated version with a display setting from 1-5000 (5 seconds - Max)
