Its a good idea but there should be a list of trusted people. I am always scared to do buisness over the internet. I have been scammed too many times :@

I really think these two should be implemented, all to often people sign up just to advertise their website or advertise a product.
Remove the rule you need to comment on at least two other reviews, by you need at least 50 posts.

Maybe even an alloted time spent online til you can post in the Marketplace.
Like
Time Spent Online: 1 Day, 1 minutes, 1 second
etc.

This is a great idea which could also in the long run prevent scammers from joining the forum, heading straight to the marketplace and opening threads.
