Eh I'm not in a position to really rate because I'm not the greatest at GFX. But I'd give it a 4/10. It just looks like you took a render, added text, and then put a swirl effect on it. The colors also seem weird to me.

Remove the weird ass font with the smudge sort of thing. Get rid of the image too. :S
