Like your mom if you never call her by the first name. You don't when you say something like " Your mom'. "1. My Mom says Bill Gates sits on his computer too long 2. My Mom, says Bill Gates, sits on his computer too long See what I mean?" So is this correct? RE: Tutorial on correct grammar! [The Basics] - RDCA - 03-20-2011 (03-20-2011, 01:30 PM)Quinlan Wrote: "1. [The Basics] - Zyx - 03-20-2011 It's a good tutorial, though i don't really need it that much. But it's still great for others, who might have difficulties with the English grammar! RE: Tutorial on correct grammar! [The Basics] - DaBaws - 03-20-2011 You should add the thing about "an" and "a". When the first letter, in the next word after "an" or "a" has a vocalsound, it should be "an". When it doesn't, it should be "a". So like: "Can I have an apple?" "Looks, there's a turtle!" "I've had an exboyfriend" Zyx Wrote:It's a good tutorial, though i don't really need it that much. You didn't capitalied "I". You're either not familiare with basic grammar, or just lazy. I can't tell. RE: Tutorial on correct grammar! [The Basics] - wtftwice - 03-21-2011 (03-20-2011, 01:30 PM)Quinlan Wrote: "1.
