RE: Need help buying a PC. - 4thsage - 02-25-2011 Opt for an i5 instead of an i3.. Twill be great for ya RE: Need help buying a PC. - Fragma - 02-25-2011 I think I'm actually going for an i7. RE: Need help buying a PC. - Dεlluzion - 02-25-2011 My suggestion: Don't go for a apple computer. I've had one, and I like the PC most. You can customize it the way you want it, and if you do ever customize it, the cost might be cheaper then buying a full set with the specs already in place. RE: Need help buying a PC. - Fragma - 02-25-2011 I've got an Apple mac, and I use them all the time at college. They're very good. But I do prefer PC's. Which is why I think I'm just going to build my own. RE: Need help buying a PC. - Swat Runs Train - 02-25-2011 (02-25-2011, 06:18 AM)Fragma Wrote: I think I'm actually going for an i7. FYI the i5 sandy bridge will be faster than most i7s, especially setup for an OC. A couple MB less in the L3 cache but that's no big deal, the i7 sandy bridge is a touch faster though, at 3.4GHz.
