Nice background texture.
The black splatter is good but some of the yellow is badly done mainly at the edge of the nike tick.
Fix that and it could be quite good.

Add some shades and some sort of texture on the end of the shoe/beggining of the paint.

Nice concept, just need to blend the liquid to the shoe more.
