The only driver updater i've used so far is Driver Genius and i can't complain as i have not had any significant problems after using it. But it is true that using these may cause BSOD along with other computing problems and mess up your system really bad, but that's when the magic happens and you perform a clean installation which makes you be able to enjoy a fresh start and look more into what you download and run on your computer.

These programs are seriously retarded, because you can update all your drivers the legit way and it just takes like 5 minutes.
These programs are completely pointless, and all they do is harm your computer.
