RE: Stress - Peter L - 01-19-2011 Hey I'm not gonna teach you how to pass, I'm gonna tell you how to not feel stressed! =P Less stress = better grades anyway RE: Stress - Deltron - 01-19-2011 Thank you for your advice kind sir. RE: Stress - Mao - 01-19-2011 From experience, I can say that the best way to avoid stress before an exam is preparation. When you are well prepared for a test, you would have no reason to be stressed about it. I'm pretty well prepared, but there's added pressure since I'm on the border-line of 3 grades. RE: Stress - Mao - 01-19-2011 (01-19-2011, 11:09 PM)Deltron Wrote: I understand where your coming from. If you believe that you are prepared for a specific test, and you are aiming to ace it, you should set aside your thoughts and memories of previous tests as these can make you either overconfident or scared depending on their outcome. I hope this helps. RE: Stress - Deltron - 01-19-2011 Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it. I haven't done so well on previous test, and it does discourage me. Hopefully I can put that thought aside, and do well on the test. Thanks again! RE: Stress - Mao - 01-19-2011 (01-19-2011, 11:22 PM)Deltron Wrote: Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it.
