That's what he wants, but let's for example consider that the ways a girl and a guy would boost their confidence would be different. Guys might work out more or talk to more girls. Girls might wear more make up or hang out with their girlfriends more. Note that I'm not condoning these methods.. I'm merely giving hypothetical examples.

I don't quite know what you mean, so I'll address both possibilities of what I think you're asking.

A) I don't think the OP's idea would work. See my first response.

B) I don't think a Help Documents function that worked by displaying the rules in a neat and in-depth manner would be necessary, because rule breaking is not very rampant. I also am of the opinion that it encourages LQP by allowing members to simply post a link to the Help Documents or do the built-in [help] command in response to questions.
