What about FreeHostia? If I recall, they get fairly good reviews.

The only problem i've had with 000webhost is their SQLi servers. But they're find for HTML / PHP websites.
ps. x10 are HORRIBLE. Strongly not advised.

There are really no nice free hostings out. I'd suggest you to either get free onshore/offshore hosting or google for some hostgator coupons to pay less.
