Laissez-faire seems like something out of a SWAT movie where the leader assign a job, the team does it, normally there's an alpha wolf that control the pack and make sure everything is done accordingly though.

I am Authoritarian. I have an idea, and strive to achieve it. In the end if it doesn't work, we can troubleshoot and try others' ideas.
