You're not really controlling anything about your dream, it's really controlling you so I would have to say no.

That's a fair point. However when I woke myself up I was like seven. So surely if possible at a young age you can convince your mind now?

"my God I swear i'll shoot ray j if I see him in real life"
That night my dream came and I shot ray J...
Kim Kardashian was pleased so she wanted to have sex and when I pulled my pants down I had a hairy vagina, she was displeased and the dream ended.

That was the closet experience that I could control..

lol what a dream man.

If you have a good mind and amazing will power, you could wake yourself up in the middle of your dream, I could do it but it's on rare occasion where I'm conscious in my dream.

Oh, so at age seven I could wake myself up. Only once though.

Sometimes when I have a lucid dream, I can do whatever I want and control it too, I can choose whether or not to have sex with Megan Fox or fight in Afghanistan.

Actually no, to this day I can still wake myself up whenever I want to by pinching myself while still dreaming. I may not know what I am doing, but if I wish to wake up I simply have a tiny bit of control over my body, and that is enough to wake me up. I don't know why this happens or even how, but it's pretty nice so I don't sleep late and miss anything.

I was talking to Sam, it's all based on someone's ability, some people could do it, some can't.
