Scan every day on this computer. Other is every 3 days to a week. Windows Defender SuperAntiSpyware CCleaner - not too much, every month or so. Not a lot but it works for me. Only have had 1 virus with this computer and owned it for around 4 - 6 months so far. Virus was taken out in a day.
