I've never felt suicidal before so I don't really know what you are going through. I do get down sometimes though. Try to find something you really enjoy doing. For me it's reading, anime, drawing, or hanging out with my friends. Life will get better though. Just keep on moving buddy.

Cheers, I'll Keep That In Mind

It's up to you actually, but in my opinion, you shouldn't start smoking, again. It's an addiction, man. Why would you want to be addicted to a pointless thing like that ?
It wont really help with your depression either.
Just stay away from things that harm your health, and set a goal in your life, and just try to achieve it, and absolutely, in no way, don't give up.

Smoking doesn't lift depression. It adds to depression and numbs you to it.

You can't say it doesn't lift depression, it effects people in different ways. I smoke because it calms me down when I'm feeling stressed out. But yes, in the long run, it only adds to problems.. Money problems & health issues in time adds to stress & other factors.

I'm willing to accept those problems + issues

I personally smoke. I think everyone should do what they think is relaxing / fulfills their earthly desires. As long as it doesn't infringe on the desires of others.

HI Welsh_Emo, I personally smoke and I won't recommend it, its a expensive habit. I would suggest that instead of smoking that you,

1. Hang out or talk to your friends more, and try to vent out your frustration.

2. Go to a Gym, and start lifting weights and meet new people and, have fun and try to set high goals for yourself, because there is no greater accomplishment then to, break a personal goal that you set out for yourself.
