Cheers, I'll Keep That In Mind RE: start smoking again? - Hawkins - 09-26-2010 It's up to you actually, but in my opinion, you shouldn't start smoking, again. It's an addiction, man. Why would you want to be addicted to a pointless thing like that ? It wont really help with your depression either. Just stay away from things that harm your health, and set a goal in your life, and just try to achieve it, and absolutely, in no way, don't give up. And sure why not smoke, its your life. RE: start smoking again? - Eve - 09-26-2010 Smoking doesn't lift depression. It adds to depression and numbs you to it. You can't say it doesn't lift depression, it effects people in different ways. I smoke because it calms me down when I'm feeling stressed out. But yes, in the long run, it only adds to problems.. Money problems & health issues in time adds to stress & other factors. I'm willing to accept those problems + issues RE: start smoking again? - Akihiko - 09-26-2010 I personally smoke. I think everyone should do what they think is relaxing / fulfills their earthly desires. As long as it doesn't infringe on the desires of others. I would suggest that instead of smoking that you, 1. Hang out or talk to your friends more, and try to vent out your frustration. 2. Go to a Gym, and start lifting weights and meet new people and, have fun and try to set high goals for yourself, because there is no greater accomplishment then to, break a personal goal that you set out for yourself. |
