Did you follow a tutorial? If so, try a different one. This style isn't good and it's not giving you chance to explore graphics to its full potential. You have the ability to become a great graphics artist but you need the right resources. Look into different tutorials and see which you can use and expand on. Practice makes perfect, always remember that.
Thanks for the constructive criticism. I did this by my self. No tut. I don't usually follow tuts.

Hello, I will be rating your signature.
- The signature is cool, but it needs more effects.
- The text is cool, I like it.
- And the other effects kinda don't fit in the place.
