Imagine for one second you go to his house. Kick his ass and he calls the cops and charges you with assault?
Ironic no? You could wind up in trouble.
In all likelyhood this character has done this to more than one woman and thats the concern for me anyway.

Well we haven't reported it yet. Not sure if we should or should I just let it slide until he is off probation and house arrest and catch him in a diff. City and kick the crap out of him. Or still go to the police.

I mean no marks other than bruises. But if she ran into a door with her shoulder she would bruise up.

Sigh It's all good we went to AT&T and got his number and a few other peoples numbers blocked. If he rides by or tries contacting her again then I will go to the Police. Until then I may just let it slide.

You let it slide? Not a very good choice dude. As DAMINK he may have already done this to other women, even if he hasn't done this to other women, if he's mentally unstable and you let him off with no repercussions he might think it's easy to get away with and try it with other women and if he does it with other women he may go further then just kissing and attempt to rape them.
