Yeah the cat's alive, what that woman did was mean and kind of pointless. I guess she really hates cats. I'm impressed that the family had a CCTV installed.

yeah that cat is alive but it could have easily died, it was a hot day and i don't know if you have ever smelt the inside of a bin?
