RE: Old Puter Dies - Omniscient - 08-10-2010 Yeah I'm playing with settings and fonts and windows options. It's driving me crazy. RE: Old Puter Dies - DAMINKā¢ - 08-10-2010 Not sure about Opera. I hate that damn browser. But for FF i have used Mozbackup for years. Never lost a single password or email after that. Just back up to another drive and not an issue. Glad to hear your moving up to 7 Omni. I know you have been somewhat a die hard XP fan. Smart move avoiding the whole vista disaster. First thing you have to do ofcouse is the GOD MODE http://www.supportforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4262&highlight=god+mode Hope you enjoy it as much as i do. Sucks about the new keyboard. I know how attached you can get to a keyboard. It annoys me no end when i destroy mine (normally with beer) RE: Old Puter Dies - 420 - 08-10-2010 Think of it as a blessing. Now you can finally start using something you spent some cash on, instead of letting it sit there. RE: Old Puter Dies - CATMAN - 08-11-2010 It looks like you need cash for new hardware RE: Old Puter Dies - Amslappy - 08-13-2010 I wish my parents computer would die, there still running Windows 2000 and they always want help. |
