i think on HF they would love anonymous rep for me, but then again i think people want me to revenge rep them so i can get in trouble so they wouldn't try to hide there name even if they could XD

Reps should be only allowed by others who pay for a Leet or something
Because this rep abuse some ones account could go red really fast
