Has anyone used a mac mini? - nevets04 - 04-07-2010 I've never really heard much about the mac mini. Has anyone here used one and could give me a quick review about it? RE: Has anyone used a mac mini? - I Am Divine - 04-20-2010 I was thinking about getting a mac mini because they were cheap. Its almost not-so overpriced. http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&q=mac+mini&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=4676369437360426616&ei=WSfOS6aeBYma8QTR5YnBDw&sa=X&oi=product_catalog_result&ct=result&resnum=3&ved=0CBwQ8wIwAg#ps-sellers I still think it'd have overheating/problems =| RE: Has anyone used a mac mini? - Unspoken - 04-22-2010 Never heard of it but sounds good If you will pay lots of money for a good laptop -DO NOT BUY MAC- Buy AlienWare there pc's are the best in the world RE: Has anyone used a mac mini? - manipulate - 04-22-2010 (04-22-2010, 01:29 AM)Unspoken Wrote: Never heard of it but sounds good Yeah, cool story bro. Instead of getting a nice Macbook Pro why don't we all get PC laptops with a fool alienware logo on them. RE: Has anyone used a mac mini? - Korg - 04-23-2010 I am willing to buy a new one RE: Has anyone used a mac mini? - Elektrisk - 04-23-2010 (04-22-2010, 01:29 AM)Unspoken Wrote: Never heard of it but sounds good I'm dying of laughter. Macs ARE good computers. It's just, they are overpriced. However, in this case, that's irrelevant since you are comparing them to Alienware, which is arguably even MORE overpriced than Macs. RE: Has anyone used a mac mini? - Heli0s - 04-23-2010 They're excellent little machines if you want the Mac experience without refinancing your home just to pay for one. It's the lowest-costing personal computer Apple has ever sold. Just plug in your keyboard and monitor and you're good to go. Let's face it, it's an Apple product, which means you'll be getting the same precision, craftsmanship, and experience with this little Mini as you would with an iMac or a Mac Pro. It'll just be scaled down a bit. Sure you won't have a i7 with 16gb of ram crammed into it, but who needs overly excessive power anyway. RE: Has anyone used a mac mini? - Korg - 04-23-2010 Use acer notebooks, cheaper and convenient RE: Has anyone used a mac mini? - .:xX[ThunderStorm]Xx:. - 04-24-2010 I love it but not it's price lol.
