Password - ۞Kaibyaku۞ - 02-06-2010 When you first turn on the computer and the login screen comes up how do i get that password my friend changed it and then had 2 leave and didnt tell me......??? RE: Password - Extasey - 02-06-2010 ...Call your friend would be your 1st option A more appropriate title for this thread would be "How can I reset <OS> Password?", and posted in the appropriate Operating system forum, as this has to do with software. If you are running Windows seven, try to boot in Safe Mode as Administrator. The Administrator password should be the one you set when you first booted, otherwise it should be blank. Start the Command Prompt (Start>Run>"CMD") Type "net user" Find your name then type "net user <username> *" It should prompt you for a new password. Remember not to type the inverted commas ("") RE: Password - ۞Kaibyaku۞ - 02-06-2010 He is out at his friends house sleeping over. and i dont want to Reset it just show it or know it RE: Password - Extasey - 02-06-2010 ... because its not your laptop is it. ARE YOU USING WINDOWS?!?! RE: Password - ۞Kaibyaku۞ - 02-06-2010 Yes windows 7 and it is mine but my mom locked me out of it RE: Password - Extasey - 02-06-2010 Dude, that reason is legit enough.... You could try using OPHCrack for windows Vista, but no gaurentees... http://sourceforge.net/projects/ophcrack/files/ophcrack-livecd/2.3.1/ophcrack-vista-livecd-2.3.1.iso/download Burn to a CD using an ISO writer then boot from it. RE: Password - ۞Kaibyaku۞ - 02-06-2010 Ok thx i will try RE: Password - DAMINK™ - 02-07-2010 So "my friend changed the password and i cant get him then my mum locked me out"? Something dont quite smell right here. Might go check my pants? RE: Password - Air - 04-07-2010 Run as safe mode then change it from there. |
