Twitter was hacked down (Or there DNS server was anyway) by "The iranian cyber army" a couple of hours after this thread was made, status.twitter.com is back up, but not twitter.com

First HF's, and then Google, Twitter.com still won't work for me, only with a proxy for some weird reason, but I've had that with other sites
