Description
I made this today after i got board and wanted something quick, and not something that i wanted to spend time on, and thought meh release it why not?
So i hope you give me credits for the source and get some experience and a little knowledge.
And before any one starts with crap like, "Oh, you should of used httpwebrequests their faster!", Don't.
I know the difference and have used both and in this case i only used what was actually required.

Seem like a very nice tool but as I know Virus Total distribute uploaded file's sample to AV company.
