I didn't know what effect to use so that's what I did xD
(Right click> Copy Image URL>)
Lol ok to the 2 posted above pick something >:/ Just any effect you want or I'm making it glittery princesses~

Extra not to be an butthead but you should read more tutorials. Only using brushes is never good. Might wanna look into using C4Ds, backgrounds, renders, etc. Maybe even effects such as smudging, blur, depth, etc.
