  1. You can view you ranks, badges and points in your user profile. Points are earned by creating topics, articles, blogs, replies and by other members reacting positively to the content and contribution you make to Support Forums Ranks are achieved when you reach a specific amount of points Badges are awarded for hitting activity, post and contribution goals as set by the community management. They can also be granted manually by staff. The leaderboard shows the list of top users. For the mathematically inclined, below is the current rank progression formula: Threshold(i) = round( MaxPoints × ( i / (R - 1) ) ^ p ) Where: MaxPoints = total points needed for the final rank (20000) R = total number of ranks (14) p = progression exponent (2.2) i = current rank index (0 = first rank, R-1 = final rank)

Staff will never ask you for personal information. Remember that images & other information creates links. For example sharing a photo of your dog that is also posted to your Facebook with your real name and city could reveal your identity. The same is true if you use the same username, profile picture etc between sites. Certain forums will allow you to post anonymously - consider using this feature when discussing any private or personal that you want to remain completely private. Secure your forum account by enabling multi-factor authentication. You can request to see what personal identifiable information the site has for you at any time. Staff are happy to remove your content or account if you require. Important disclosure Staff cannot view member PII such email addresses, billing/store information, IP address details or anonymous post authors. Community Managers, who administer the site and it's underlying infrastructure have restricted access to such information as is required to perform their duties.
