Points are earned by creating topics, articles, blogs, replies and by other members reacting positively to the content and contribution you make to Support Forums
Ranks are achieved when you reach a specific amount of points
Badges are awarded for hitting activity, post and contribution goals as set by the community management. They can also be granted manually by staff.
The leaderboard shows the list of top users.
