anyone else baffled by the rise of AI art?

so I was browsing through an art subreddit yesterday and stumbled upon this amazing piece of digital art. I was about to comment on how talented the artist was when I noticed it was actually created by AI. 🤯 it's wild how quickly AI art is becoming a thing, right? I mean, I remember when digital art itself was a bit of a novelty, and now we have machines creating stuff that could honestly hang in a gallery. it's impressive, but also makes me wonder about the future for human artists. how are you guys feeling about this? do you think AI could ever truly replicate the soul of a human artist, or is there always going to be something uniquely human that a machine can't mimic? would love to hear your thoughts or any cool AI art you've come across!
