Ever feel like everything is just too much? Lately, I've been juggling work, social commitments, and personal goals, and it feels like I'm constantly running on empty. I know I'm not alone in this, so I'd love to hear how you manage when life gets overwhelming. Personally, I've started taking short breaks to just sit with my cat and listen to some calming music. It helps a bit, but I'm looking for more ideas. Do you guys have any routines or tips that help you stay grounded? Maybe some of you have tried meditation or journaling?
