I've been questioning my gender for a while now, and it's getting a bit overwhelming. I'm assigned female at birth, but I don't always feel like a girl, nor do I completely identify as male. I've been reading a lot about non-binary identities, and it feels like I might belong somewhere in that spectrum. It's just confusing sometimes, and I feel like I need to fit into a specific label. Has anyone else been through this? How did you navigate figuring out your gender identity? Would love to hear your experiences or any advice you might have.

Also, if there are any resources or communities that helped you, please share! I think it might be helpful to connect with others who are going through something similar. 💫

It's totally normal to feel overwhelmed when exploring your gender identity. It sounds like you're on a journey of self-discovery, and that's a brave step! Many folks find themselves somewhere on the non-binary spectrum, and it's okay not to have all the answers right away. I remember when I was figuring things out, joining online communities like r/nonbinary on Reddit really helped. It's a great space to connect with others who share similar experiences and feelings. Also, checking out resources from The Trevor Project can be really reassuring. Remember, you don't have to fit into any specific label unless it feels right for you. Take your time and be kind to yourself on this journey. 🌈
