Anyone else feeling the seasonal blues kicking in? It's like as soon as the days get shorter, my mood just drops. I've tried a few different things like getting outside for walks even if it's chilly and keeping my space bright during the day, but still feeling kinda off. My friend mentioned trying a light therapy lamp and I'm considering it. Have any of you tried it or found other ways to cope?
