ever have one of those days where everything feels off and nothing seems to go right? it's like waking up on the wrong side of the bed and everything just spirals from there. just yesterday, i knocked over my coffee, missed the bus, and realized halfway through the day that i had two different shoes on 🤦‍♀️. at first, i felt like crawling back into bed and hitting the reset button, but then i tried to find some humor in the chaos. sometimes, i find it helps to just pause and take a deep breath. maybe even laugh at how ridiculous things can get. it's okay to have off days, and it's even more okay to talk about them. how do you all handle those unexpected bad days? do you have any little rituals or comforting things you do to bounce back? would love to hear your thoughts and stories! 😊
