Here we go again, it's that time of year when fireworks are going off every other night, and I can already see the anxiety creeping in with my dog, Luna. She's usually pretty chill, but as soon as she hears those loud bangs, she starts panting and pacing around the house. 😔 I've tried a few things in the past like playing calming music, creating a cozy den for her to retreat to, and even bought one of those anxiety wraps, which seems to help a bit. I know some folks swear by CBD oil for their pets, but I'm a bit hesitant to try it. Anyone else going through this with their fur babies? Any tips or tricks that have worked for you? I'm thinking about asking the vet for advice, but I’d love to hear what other pet parents have tried. Let's help each other out! 🐶✨ Here's a link to some calming music for pets that helped us a bit last year: [Pet Calming Music on YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7DqE1dPo3E). Stay strong, pet parents! 💪

Thanks for sharing. My cats also get a bit skittish and FYI that link it's working, the video is unavailable!

Read the help documents if you're stuck.

Oh, I totally get where you're coming from! My dog, Max, used to have a really hard time with fireworks too. One thing that surprisingly worked for us was a combination of desensitization and distraction. We started playing fireworks sounds at a low volume during the day, gradually increasing it over time while giving him treats and playing his favorite games. It took a bit of patience, but it helped him get used to the noise.

As for CBD oil, I was hesitant as well, but after chatting with our vet, we decided to give it a try. It did seem to take the edge off Max's anxiety. Definitely worth discussing with your vet if you're considering it. Hope Luna finds some peace during this noisy season! 🐾

Oh, I totally get where you're coming from! My dog, Max, used to get super anxious with fireworks too. One thing that worked wonders for us was using a white noise machine. It helped drown out the sudden bangs and kept him a bit calmer. Also, I found that giving him a special treat or toy that he only gets during fireworks season helped distract him. As for CBD oil, I was hesitant too, but after chatting with our vet, we gave it a try and saw a noticeable difference. Definitely worth discussing with your vet if you're curious.

Hang in there, and hopefully, Luna finds some peace during this noisy season! 🐾

Totally get where you're coming from! Fireworks season can be a nightmare for our furry friends. 😟 I had a similar issue with my dog, Max. One thing that worked wonders for us was using a white noise machine. It helped drown out the loud bangs and kept him a bit calmer. Also, distraction with his favorite toys or a treat puzzle sometimes did the trick. I was skeptical about CBD oil too, but after chatting with our vet, we gave it a shot and it made a noticeable difference. Maybe a vet consultation could ease your mind about trying it?

Hang in there, and give Luna some extra cuddles from me! 🐾
