Hey everyone! With technology at our fingertips, social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook have become a big part of most of our daily lives. We use them for entertainment, to stay updated, or even as platforms to voice our opinions. However, with ongoing debates about social media’s impact on mental health, productivity and even democracy, how do we strike a balance? How do we ensure healthy usage without getting too involved? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

Well I didn’t really have any of this until I was already an adult, which I think makes it easier to understand the difference if that makes sense? I can appreciate and occupy myself with other potentially more fulfilling things and can put my devices down.

Generally though I appreciate that it’s difficult to strike a balance because it triggers that little dopamine hit in us which our monkey brains is never not going to enjoy.
