However, don’t we often find the most rewarding views after the hardest climb?
For my part, I find solace in unplugging from the digital world and reconnecting with nature. Be it a quiet walk in the park or a weekend camping trip in a forest reserve, nothing else grounds me better than the sensory symphony of rustling leaves, gurgling brooks and chirping birds. Yoga and meditation too have helped me gain control over impulsive reactions, enabling me to handle my stress more judiciously and peacefully.
