I’ve been there, struggling with emotional and mental health issues. The feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and depression can be overwhelming, to say the least. Personally, I’ve found that practicing mindfulness really helps to keep me grounded. Sometimes, writing my thoughts down also provides a therapeutic release of emotions.
