Mental health, while a common thread that binds humanity, is often a topic shrouded in secrecy. Do you think society has made strides in reducing the stigma attached to it? I wonder how many of you have felt hesitation discussing your feelings even to a trusted loved one?
I read somewhere that our emotional health is like an intricate tapestry, woven with our daily experiences. Every thread presents a different shade and adds to the depth of our persona. We all have experienced moments when we are overwhelmed, and our tapestry feels like it’s coming apart. But remember, it’s okay to experience these feelings. It’s okay to ask for help. The recognition of our feelings is the first step towards healing.
Anxiety, sadness, worry, loneliness are emotions that we all face at different points in life.
