We all have moments where stress and anxiety seem to take over our lives, don’t we? Would love to hear some of the strategies or coping techniques you use when times get tough.
Personally, I’ve found that deep breathing exercises and grounding myself in the present moment really help manage my stress levels. Physical activities like jogging or yoga also provide an outlet to channel those anxious energies. But of course, just because it works for me doesn’t mean it’ll have the same effect for everyone.
I think it’s particularly important to remember that it’s okay not to be okay, and reaching out for professional help when needed is not a sign of weakness, but strength. After all, our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
Reading self-help books and online resources can also be beneficial but only to an extent. Sometimes, we can get drowned with information overload and not know where to start. So, what is that one piece of advice or resource which has actually helped you in your journey with stress and anxiety?
