Feeling like there’s a void within you that you cannot fill, or that you’re walking around with a heavyweight that is invisible to everyone else can be difficult and extremely draining. It’s important to remember that you’re not alone in these feelings. So many out there are dealing with their own battles and have to put up a brave face, sometimes without anyone to confide in or even without the understanding that they need help. Mental and emotional health are extremely significant aspects of our overall wellbeing. It’s just as important to take care of, possibly even more so, than physical health. It’s okay to reach out, to express how you feel, and seek assistance when things seem overwhelming. You don’t have to face these battles alone.
