Stress is a part of life — whether it’s from work, relationships, health issues, or even just the daily grind. We all experience it, some days more than others. It seems like stress levels have been on the rise lately, and it’s important to remember that it’s perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes. I’ve had my fair share of those days and I’m sure many of you can relate.
But how do we manage our stress? What methods work best for you? When I’m feeling particularly stressed, I find that physical activities like a walk in the park or yoga really help to clear my mind. And taking a few minutes each day to just be still and breathe — it can really do wonders! But that’s just me. Everyone is different.
